Helping Those at Risk

If you know someone who is struggling emotionally, experiencing depression, thoughts of suicide, or other warning signs, you may be wondering how to help. You also may be afraid to say or do the wrong thing. This is normal! Remember that you don't have to be an expert to help. The first step starts with simply reaching out.

Remember that before you can look out for others, you need to look out for yourself.
