iPhone or iPad

Did you know you can turn on many accessibility features in your iPhone's settings? Use the following steps to enable things like spoken content, display text size, and more. 

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility 
  2. Scroll to the accessibility features you'd like to use (vision, physical and motor, hearing, and/or speech)
  3. Click on the feature you'd like to enable and customize to suit your needs
  4. Head back to the app and explore the content!

You can also quickly turn on or off accessibility features by navigating to Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut. If you select only one feature, the feature is immediately turned on or off when you click the button shortcut (either the side button on iPhones with Face ID, or the home button on other iPhone models).

Android

Want to turn on accessibility features on your Android? Use the following steps to enable things like spoken content, display text size, and more. 

First, you'll need to turn on your Accessibility Menu. 

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Menu
  2. Turn on the Accessibility Menu shortcut 
  3. Accept permissions by tapping "Allow"

Now you can use the Accessibility Menu shortcut! 

  1. Tap the floating accessibility button
  2. On the menu, choose an option 
  3. To find more menu options, go to the next screen or previous screen. 

Want to make the Accessibility Menu buttons larger? Tap Accessibility > Accessibility Menu > Settings > Large Buttons

Teletypwriter (TTY)

When available, this app includes TTY numbers for individuals who have hearing loss or a hearing impairment. TTY numbers enable text-based communication over the phone.
