Alcohol & Drug Helpline

Lines for Life ‘s 24/7 Alcohol & Drug Helpline assists those struggling with sustance abuse and provides referrals for treatment, counseling, and peer services. They also help people waive citation fines for possession of small amounts of drugs in Oregon.

SAMHSA National Helpline

SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7,  treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.



Outside In 

Outside In provides trauma informed mental health and substance use services for young adults. They aim to understand your trauma and how it can affect your health. Using a harm reduction approach, Outside In teaches you ways to reduce negative health consequences associated with substance use and risky behaviors that don't require abstinence. 

Outside In offers two forms of behavioral health services, including outpatient counseling and Assertive Community Treatment


Dual Diagnosis Anonymous

Since 1996, Dual Diagnosis Anonymous has been serving people with severe and persistent mental health and/or substance use challenges and their families in Oregon. DDA provides support and fellowship to help overcome and start on the road to recovery from dual diagnosis. 


4D Recovery 

4D Recovery provides young adults in recovery (ages 18-35) with support and guidance to navigate addiction recovery through peer mentorship, supportive housing, drop-in recovery centers, recovery events, and a leadership development program.
