The Trevor Project is a suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ2SIA+ young people. They provide information and support to LGBTQ2SIA+ young people 24/7, all year round.

NAMI Clackamas Queer Connection Support Group
NAMI Clackamas offers queer connection support groups on the second and fourth Monday of every month! These groups are for young adults 18+ to focus on mental health, celebrate resilience, validate experiences, and foster a community built on connection, mutual understanding, and love.

HearMe App
Services and Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Elders (SAGE) is a national advocacy and services organization that's been looking out for LGBTQIA2S+ elders since 1978. The HearMe app for older people is a free, on-demand mental wellness app (not a crisis line) that allows you to text one-on-one with trained listeners to get things off your chest, be seen, heard, and validated.
After you sign up, empathetic and compassionate listeners are available 24/7 so you can get instantaneous support the moment you need it.
Trans Lifeline Hotline
Trans Lifeline Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. This resources is available even if you're not in a crisis or if you're not sure you're trans. Friends and family of a trans loved one can also call the number below and ask for the Family and Friends Line.

Q Center
The Q Center celebrates the LGBTQIA2S+ community by building equitable structures that foster intersectional safety, joy, and mutual aid.
They offer in-person and virtual community groups such as:
- Sexual Orientation Community Groups (first Saturdays from 3:30pm - 5:15pm)
- Late Awakenings (third Tuesdays from 7pm - 9pm)
- PDX Bi-Social Group (second Saturdays from 10am - 12pm)
- Out and About Lesbians (last Mondays from 5:30pm - 7pm)
- QTIBIPOC Community Space (every 2nd and 4th Wedesnday from 7pm - 9pm)
- Spanish LGBTQIA2S+ Affinity Group (Wednesdays from 7:30pm - 9pm)

Charlie Health
Charlie Health offers virtual, intensive outpatient group therapy sessions for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Each session is led by an expert behavioral health professional who helps guide conversations, teach coping skills, and provide tools for managing mental health.
