Grief Resources

A loss from suicide is different and can be more complicated to navigate than other types of death. We know that largely due to stigma, people may react differently to suicide loss compared to another type of death. Some may avoid the topic, or the grieving person altogether, because they feel uncomfortable or unsure what to say. Below you will find resources intended to shed light on, and hold space for, those dealing with the complex grief that can come from a loss from a suicide.
