What Are Support Groups?
Support groups offer a safe environment where individuals can collaborate, share, and gain new skills through shared experiences. There are many benefits of engaging in support groups. Support groups provide a safe space for young individuals to share experiences, receive guidance, and build connections. Teen support groups allow youth to work together to overcome common issues. Some of the benefits of support groups are:
